- Normal wear and tear.
- Accidental breakage of straps, clips, zipper.
- Damage by falls, liquids.
- Damage by violence, fire, vandalism or incorrect handling.
- Damage in a hotel, at a porter or in a luggage storage facility.
Not Covered
- Damage caused by cosmetic products (make-up, creams and oils) or pens.
- Damage caused by "force majeure" such as war, civil unrest, pandemics or terrorist attacks (particularly if there is a travel warning for the area).
- Damage caused by fraudulent or intentional actions.
- Theft or the loss of your bag.
- Damage not reported before the bag is returned to us.
