How it works
You decide the minimum duration of your subscription. You can choose between 6 months for €99 per month or 12 months for €79 per month. The cancellation period is one month before the end of the subscription. If you do not cancel, your subscription will be extended by another six months.
The exchange takes place every two months. You will be informed by email 10 days before the return date with the exact return date of the bag and receive a return label. You will be notified 5 days before the exchange to select your new bag, giving you 5 days to make your selection from the current inventory. The new bag will be shipped once we can track your return.
Shipping and returns are included in your subscription. Bag insurance is covered by FOBE CARE. You can find more information about this in our FAQs.
Keep the shipping box in which you received your bag. You can then easily use the box to return the bag and save valuable resources.
